Ribbon Health raised  $10.25M; Dray Alliance landed $10.2M; Lanes & Planes picks up $10M

 

 

Gridwise: Gridwise develops peer-to-peer driver intelligence app for ride-share drivers. Gridwise has raised $3.3 million in seed funding. Mountain State Capital led the round, joined by Switch VC, 412 Venture Fund, Quaker Capital, Blue Tree Allied Angels, and Reinforced Ventures. Read more

Gyana: Gyana enables non-technical people to run data science analytics on structured datasets. Gyana has raised £3 million in funding led by the U.K. firm Fuel Ventures, with participation from Biz Stone of Twitter, Green Shores Capital and U+I. Read more 

Vitruvi: Vitruvi is a personal care company that makes beauty, body and home products. Vitruvi has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding. Harbinger Ventures led the round, joined by Lyra Growth Ventures. Read more

Cioplenu: Cioplenu is a German-based modular software platform for manufacturing companies. Cioplenu just raised €4.2 million in seed funding led by Cherry Ventures. Read more

Air: Air is a workplace collaboration and cloud storage replacement tool. Air raised $6 million in funding. Lerer Hippeau Ventures led the round, joined by RedSea Ventures, Advancit Capital and WndrCo. Read more

Lanes & Planes: Lanes & Planes makes business travel and expenses software. Lanes & Planes has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Battery Ventures, with participation from DN Capital and Connect Ventures. Read more

Dray Alliance: Dray Alliance is digitizing the container trucking industry by creating a predictable platform for containerized cargo. Dray Alliance has raised $10.2 million in Series A funding. Matrix Partners led the round, joined by Moving Capital, Craft Ventures, Act One Ventures, and Wonder Ventures. Read more

Ribbon Health: Ribbon Health is a health data platform that works to give health plans, providers systems and digital health companies data that is both up to date and easy to access. Ribbon Health has raised  $10.25 million in Series A funding round. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Ribbon becoming the first investment by a16z’s Bio Fund III, which it announced earlier this month. Y Combinator and BoxGroup, Flatiron Health CEO Nat Turner, Clover Health co-founder and CEO Vivek Garipalli, and DataLogix CEO Eric Roza also participated in the round.  Read more
