Artiphon: Artiphon is empowering a new generation to explore music-making with smart instruments and adaptive software. Artiphon has raised $2 million in seed funding led by Warner Music Group. Read more
Biolinq: Biolinq develops skin-applied electronic sensors. Biolinq has raised $4.75 million from JDRF T1D Fund, Aphelion Capital and LifeSci Venture Partners. Read more
Spike: Spike delivers original entertainment that informs, engages, inspires and above all push the boundaries. Spike has raised $5 million from Wix, Koa Labs, and NFX. Read more
BillionToOne: BillionToOne's mission is to make prenatal testing safe and affordable for every expecting mother. BillionToOne has raised $15 Million Series A funding co-led by Hummingbird and NeoTribe. Read more
CB4: CB4 provides a patented software solution for brick and mortar retail companies. CB4 has raised $16 million in Series B funding led byOctopus Ventures, with participation from Sonae IM and earlier backers Sequoia Capital and Pereg Ventures. Read more
Polyneuron Pharmaceuticals: Polyneuron is pioneering a novel therapeutic approach for the effective and safe treatment of antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases of the nervous system where a pathological role of anti-carbohydrate autoantibodies is well established. Polyneuron as raised $22.6 million in Series A funding co-led by Sofinnova Partners and NEA. Read more
ATAI Life Sciences: ATAI is an internationally active biotech company investing in and acquiring therapeutics focusing on longevity and mental wellbeing. ATAI has raised $43 million in Series B funding. Subversive Capital led the round. Other participants include Apeiron Investment Group, Bail Capital, a private equity firm; and Efrem Kamen, founder of the health care fund Pura Vida Investments. Read more
Kong: Kong is a provider of application programming interface management for companies. Kong has raised $43 million in Series C funding led by Index Ventures. Other participants in the round include earlier backers Andreessen Horowitz and CRV, and new investors GGV Capital andWorld Innovation Lab. Read more
Prevail Therapeutics: Prevail Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing novel gene therapies for patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. Prevail Therapeutics has raised $50 million in Series B funding. Investors include Surveyor Capital and AbbVie, along with earlier backers OrbiMed, Pontifax, RA Capital Management, Adage Capital, Boxer Capital, EcoR1 Capital, Omega Funds, BVF Partners and Alexandria Venture Investments. Inivata: Inivata is a clinical cancer genomics company harnessing the emerging potential of circulating DNA analysis. Inivata has raised $52.6 million in Series B funding. Earlier backers Woodford Patient Capital Trust, IP Group, Cambridge Innovation Capital and Johnson & Johnson Innovation all participated in the round, along with new investor RT Ventures. Read more
PayIt: PayIt simplifies doing business with state, local and federal government through its mobile transaction and payment platform. PayIt has raised $100 million from Insight Partners. Read more
Kyriba: Kyriba offers SaaS-based treasury solutions that enable treasury departments to plan for market volatility, regulation, and opportunities. Kyriba has raised $160 million at a $1.2 billion valuation from the private equity firm Bridgepoint in exchange for majority ownership in the company. Read more
