We are all witnessing the dawn of a new era I call The New Virtual Organization World. The status quo in place is no longer sustainable in terms of dealing with the current and future challenges that we are bound to face in this new era.
Therefore, we have a unique responsibility and opportunity to help shape this future that lies ahead for all of us. Instead of allowing others to decide for us how we will live and fare and be governed, or to only allow us to provide some input after the decisions have been made for us, let all of us make our own ground rules and set these standards for ourselves in The New Virtual Organization World Constitution.
