-          Sign into the Banckle Chat.

-          Click Marketplace to see all supported plugins and modules for your live chat application.

-         Under Browse Plugins list, locate the Banckle Meeting plugin and click Install. 

-          The Banckle Meeting plugin has been installed.

-          To make use of this plugin, sign out from the Banckle Chat application and sign in again. Once you have signed in, Banckle Meeting plugin will be ready to be used in your live chat sessions.

-          To use the online meeting features, first accept an incoming chat request or send a proactive invitation.

-          During your live chat session, click Start Meeting. This option automatically creates a meeting with chat operator as a host and live website visitor as an attendee.

-          Both operator and visitor can see the meeting join URLs. The operator and visitor need to click on the link to join the meeting session.
