What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Creating something and seeing a product grow and improve is the most exciting feeling in the world.
What's frustrating, or rather, more nerve-wracking, is wanting one's startup to succeed at any cost and not knowing what the future holds.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Sticking too adamantly to an idea and refusing to pivot despite strong evidence that consumers are not responding to the product.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Integrity, honesty, and transparency are necessary for trust, both within the team and between the users and developers.
2. Make small changes, constantly. Test them constantly.
3. Follow your gut, and take risks. Ask people to help. Reach out to others. Don't hold back on what you want most.
