What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
The most frustrating part of entrepreneurship is when you thought you knew everything and the features you added were not used by your members. The most rewarding part is when you talk to your members, tweak the features and see many people use it. The other part is seeing your site double in traffic every month.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Entrepreneurs tends to spend too much time building the perfect product. By the time it was launched, it turned out that the product was too complicated. I learned a long time ago to launch your beta product and build as you go. Learn from your users and add features accordingly.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Build as you go.
2. Talk to your users.
3. Build the basic features and double down the effort as you see traction.
