What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Frustrating? You gotta learn how to embrace both frustration and the pleasures of the rewards that follow. That's entrepreneurship!
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
What "if" is not an option in this industry.... like many i have talked to, 97% who are getting loss in a sea of tactics in entrepreneurship, have not found their expertise.... if they want to achieve what the 3% who does, they have NO OPTION but to find their strengths and forget about all the tactics and businesses in a box.... Im talking about strategy, strategy and strategy... since when adding more tactics up your sleeve is going to help you in entrepreneurship
The X factor is the missing link to 98% of businesses that failed. Since time immemorial, businesses were based on instant gratification and personal gain... What they are losing out is that if it isn't a win-win-win situation, businesses cannot sustain growth at the highest level. This X factor is also related to how a leader can fixate a mindset of a pack lions to understand the concept of delayed gratification in order to focus on long term growth rather than the spur of the moment. If you can imagine and internalize the concept between a burning flame or burning charcoal to your business, burning charcoal would no doubt last longer and becomes hotter as time passes...
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
I have earned up my way as an internet marketer, and now having established my partners and network exposure, im starting to position myself as a social media research company to consult businesses and over 10 million other internet businesses who are failing every year due to incompetent focus and the big picture, because:
a) they get sucked into opportunity mindset with all the internet marketing gurus selling them quick fast cash schemes, which do not work (90% fail within5 years..)
b) They lack of strategy to position themselves in their market
c) They do not knw or understand how to utilize the vast amounts of data on social media, re-targeting based on behavior and trends to advertise and increase advertising performance..
