Shortmail is 'The Most Useful Startup of the Month'
Gets Useful Startup vote for July 2011 after stiff competition
By: NuNet News
We are in the second half of 2011. Already, we have selected 6 Most Useful Startups of the Month, one for each month of 2011. Joining this exalted list for July 2011 is Startup Shortmail, the Twitter of emails.
The next obvious question is - Why Shortmail? To begin with, let us clarify that the competition for 'The Most Useful Startup' this month was stiff. Unlike the previous month, there were many Startups in the running this time.
For those of you who are not familiar with this process, here's a quick explanation - at the end of every month, we draw up a list of the Startups that we feel will add value to your Online lives. Then, we sift through this shortlist & check out the other criteria such as date of birth, value proposition.....& so on. That's how we zero in on the final Startup. This is not really a competition or race, it is simply that in our humble opinion & experience, we feel the finalist has a huge chance of making some sort of a positive impact on the lives of the members of the Web community.
