What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
The most rewarding part of being an entrepreneur is seeing your idea launch, begin to grow and finally gain traction.

The most frustrating part of being an entrepreneur is that too many things take longer than you want.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Not having a mentor. You need someone who has been there and can help advise you when you need help.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. The importance of having a strong team and strong advisory board. It took us a while to developed both and I don't know where we would be without them.

2. Everything takes longer than you think it will so calculate that into your planning process.

3. Being an entrepreneur is an incredibly rewarding and exciting experience but also scary at times. The good news is the rewards outweigh everything else making it all worth it.
