Serendipitously fell into it...
most frustrating is falling on your ass and getting back up over and over, but most rewarding having faith in the bigger picture. its a long road, gotta have thick skin, through good markets, bad markets, good ideas with bad management, to bad ideas with experienced management, i learned how to navigate quick by failing quick
overspend and try and grow to quick, after having achieved some success, like raising money or making some money in the business.
1) stay cheap
2) tuesdays are always better than mondays
3) its all about the people you work with
