AppToU raised $1.8 million; Kiip $300,000; Endgame Systems $29 million; PostUp releases bidding

AppToU raised $1.8 million. Charles Moldow of Foundation Capital participated in the funding round. There's not much information on this company, but on its Web site, it says that it provides "Simplified Personalized Ubiquitous Application Delivery."

Kiip has raised $300,000 in funding. The company is a mobile gaming ad startup. It was founded by teen entrepreneur Brian Wong.

Firefox 4 may have its release delayed. The company says that it will not release the new browser, "...we will not ship software before it is ready."

BilltoMobile will soon be delivering a direct mobile billing service to AT&T customers. The service will allow users to pay with their phones. Transactions can be completed in as little as 15 second.

Bill Gross, founder of Idealab and PostUp sounded off on his company's new paid-search model for Twitter. PostUp released Thursday to a limited group an ability to bid a minimum of $1 for keywords.

Nintendo reported a loss in the third quarter. This is largely attributed to the delayed the release of their new 3DS hand held console

Endgame Systems has raised $29 million. This is the company's first-round of funding. Investors include: Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and TechOperators.
