Andrew Charlton is a Rhodes Scholar who holds a DPhil in Economics from Oxford University. Subsequent to moving on from school, Andrew Charlton went ahead to distribute various books and Quarterly Essays while additionally acquiring a seat in parliament as a financial Adviser to the previous Prime Minister of Australia Kevin Rudd.
