If you are an entrepreneur, why?
I want to change the world.

What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
It’s really really hard, there are always skeptics, the hurdles always get keeping getting bigger and higher.

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Thinking they know all the answers, hiring their friends instead of the right people for a job, using too much capital, not focusing on customers.

What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?
Hire smart, nice and super hard working people.
Your vision will take 10 years to realize; thus, you need a work back plan that starts with your first customers.
Your leadership team members should all know a lot more than you — hire people that fill your gaps and weaknesses.
