What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
The most rewarding thing about entrepreneurship is seeing your product being used by customers. There is something beautiful about knowing that until you did your work, nothing like it ever existed.
The most frustrating thing about entrepreneurship is not moving fast enough. Getting to the vision you see takes time and sometimes you want to just snap your fingers and have everything built.
What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Believing that someone can beat them & saying “no”.
What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Every hour is a roller coaster – the key is learning how to manage it
2. Hiring is the #1 key to success – finding the right talent can change your trajectory
3. Creating a market or being the first in a field has it’s own set of challenges that requires a visionary entrepreneur.
