What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Exhilarating to see positive impact of my ventures on those who most need change.
Frustrating and humbling to realize there isn’t really a proven formula for start-up success. That even great ideas and products don’t always get adopted or see success. But working 24/7 to create that “magic” formula for success over and over again has its own appeal for entrepreneurs like me.
What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
#1 Mistake – Underestimating – from how much to raise to how long something will take.
#2 Mistake – Building a “nice to have” and not a “painkiller”. Insufficient customer research coupled with subjectivity and a dollop of short sightedness. But then again some great companies have emerged from just such a birthing ground…
#3 Mistake – Not course correcting fast enough.
