The Rome Accelerator, inspired by Pope Francis' Laudato Si': On Care for Our Common Home, is a 6-month accelerator program: four months virtual and two months in-person from 13 July to 9 Sept in Rome, Italy.
Now accepting applications from startups all over the world focused on solutions to climate change and human migration, specifically: energy, food, water, smart cities, human potential, conservation, and finance & industry.
Startups receive mentorship from successful tech-centric professors, entrepreneurs and investors; office space in Rome for the full 8 weeks; and an investment of up to $100k USD in exchange for equity (6%-8%). The Laudato Si' Rome Accelerator will maximize your startup's potential across a wide array of disciplines--from user-acquisition to business development and investor pitches. The program culminates in a Demo Day in Vatican City where startups present their progress to a selective list of investors and influencers.
