When you have Metric Lab perform an expert usability review, often called a heuristic review, you will receive three un-moderated usability test sessions for free. An expert usability review will outline common user experience issues associated with your product and guide the usability testing sessions. The usability testing will pinpoint specific difficulties and areas of interest in the product and guide future development.
