  • One thing I’ve learned about presentations, take some comedy classes and learn to be engaging and confident for us during a presentation. A strong start and a strong end with a little humor can work magic on stage for anyone. Even if the product isn’t that engaging, they will remember you!

  • My apologizes if I seamed overly harsh, but as a computer tech with over 15 years experience I just worry. A solid synchronization solution to keep duplicate docs on a firewalled server on government property would make me feel better. It’s a little unnerving when a metropolis like LA is making itself dependent on a single on-line entity.

  • I guess no one at the city counsel paid any attention to what happened to twitter a few months ago. Goggles security is still very vulnerable, and putting the carless password habits of city employees in the cloud is a predictable time bomb, it will go boom, it's just a matter of time.
