This is one of a kind operating system. I first saw it when we were out looking for a cool spot to dine in Santa Monica. The wait was 45 minutes and there was no way I would have waited. We booked our number by entering my cel. Then we were free to walk and enjoy the 3rd street promenade. I got a call 5 minutes before my turn was up. we were only 2 blocks away from the restaurant. I had a great seat since I made it clear on the note at the computer screen. I wish I see this more at DMVs, Courts and Pharmacies where I dont have to be stuck near sick people.
