What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

What's frustrating is hearing them complain. I like honest entrepreneurs who don't mind admitting it's a tough slog but don't offer excuses

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not listening to advice

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
