Rewarding: In Silicon Valley almost no idea is dismissed out of hand as "crazy"

Letting all their various stakeholders pull them in too many directions at once.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Treat your core team like they were your own flesh - you'll need them to stick together through thick and thin.
2. Be ready to launch something early.
3. Be ready to survive on a nickel.
