About Dave
Bio
Prior to cofounding Recombinant, Dave spent years in private study on the relationships between music and mathematics. Under the tutelage of Stanford University Professor Terry Winograd, Dave was introduced to (fellow Recombinant cofounder) Professor David Cope at the University of California Santa Cruz, whose pioneering linguistic approach to algorithmic composition subsequently became the basis for Recombinant.
The original manager for Deftones (worldwide sales of recorded units, concerts, and merchandising in excess of $100 million), and early champion to Korn and Papa Roach, Dave Park is also a 15 year music industry veteran of artist management, talent acquisition, and a&r consulting.
