It appears that, often, success does not require a complete overhaul but a "pivot" - a concept that another Vator author discussed.

The article and interview are remarkably good and very much worth reading and viewing. The insights are strong and backed with evidence and detail.
Too often, new media types get caught up in talking about competitors, phantom markets, and their "business model." Basically, you just provided useful stuff and a great outlook on what may be ahead.
