We have done some serious rethinking of our business model and have decided to create the Cavallere Media Network. Our 'portal' will be www.cavallere.com/tv and we will launch the two blogs www.skullcrushers.com and www.collegeconsumer.com within the next 2 weeks. on March 04

Be careful creating too many sites. Look at Gawker, which has recently folded defamer and valleywag back to the mother ship. having discrete sites are good, as long as the back-end management/cost structure is combined.. my 2cents

We are going to slowly expand because we realize that it can be very difficult to deal with multiple sites. All of the back end/cost structure is centralized. All ad placement/e-commerce will be will be operated by Cavallere, not the individual sites.

We were able to film three segments over the weekend. IT will be working on creating templates for each different segment. After that process is complete, we will be able to produce 2 - 3 finished segments per filming day. on February 17
