Several prominent industrialists comprise the Company’s management team. Lehigh is led by Dennis J. Gormley as its Chairman and CEO and Anthony M. Cialone as its COO. Mr. Gormley was formerly the Chairman and CEO of Federal-Mogul Corporation, a Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution company and Tier 1 auto parts supplier. He served as a board member of Cooper Tire for over ten years. Anthony M. Cialone was formerly the founder and President of Environmental Processing Systems (“EPS”), an innovator in the refinement of rubber powders. Josef Fischer serves as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer and leads the development of new milling and classification systems. Mr. Fischer brings over 25 years of expertise in grinding and powderization technology and was previously a lead engineer for Hosokawa Alpine.
Lehigh’s manufacturing process is founded on the grinding technology of Microtec GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lehigh. For over 12 years, Microtec has designed and produced innovative grinding and classification equipment. Josef Fischer, Microtec’s founder and chief engineer, is known for his fine particle grinding expertise by the powderization and cryogenic teams at leading Fortune 500 companies. In addition to Microtec, Lehigh holds several patents and pending patents covering its entire process for the manufacture of rubber and other powders.
