What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The rollercoaster ride is both occasionally frustrating, and incredibly rewarding at the same time.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Truly and honestly evaluating the value of what they're building. Taking feedback (particularly negative feedback) and truly analyzing it. Human beings have a tendency to be wishful thinkers, and keeping grounded as an entrepreneur is crucial.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Work as hard as you possibly can while attempting to keep your sanity
2) Take feedback and turn it into something constructive
3) Once you're confident your idea has value, ignore the naysayers and use them as motivation every day to prove them wrong.

LA-based Designer, Creative Director, and Developer. While studying at UCLA, I founded Zispy Interactive and created several Mac and iOS apps that reached Top 10 in 27 countries. My goal is to continually push the boundaries with interactive media.
