Todd Diamond

Todd Diamond is a development practitioner and analyst with more than 20 years of experience in project implementation and reporting on post-conflict emergencies and capacity building for public sector, non-governmental, and private sector organizations. He is experienced at using communications tools to strengthen civil society actors and government institutions and at assessing conditions that give rise to non-state actors. He has a proven track record of coordinating complex projects for USAID, the State Department, and the Defense Department. He has worked in Afghanistan, the Middle East, the Balkans, Latin America, and Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked as a journalist on Capitol Hill and at the United Nations in New York and Geneva.
