Frustrating - finding the right investor that "gets" the business and can contribute more than money.
Rewarding - Watching people respond to our vision and knowing it is needed and wanted

Waiting too long to raise money or bringing people into the group based on what they can afford rather than who can do the job

Find the right people and don't be afraid to cut someone even if you like them personally.
