What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The best thing about entrepreneurship is being able to make a difference in the world - and the speed in which you can have an idea and test it out.

The most frustrating thing is when everyone else is not moving as fast as you!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Easy! Thinking they are right. I actively seek feedback from customers, partners and team members for everything we do. I never pesume that I know all the answers.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Work hard, work fast.
2. Keep asking your customers what they need - and listen to their answers.
3. Keep the faith - even when it's hard.
