What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Being a part of an extremely talented and motivated group of people that are building and shaping the future is the most rewarding. The most frustrating is that it is hard :-) but without that, there would be no reward.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Either having a big vision with no plan on how to get there or having a very short-term plan without an end goal.

In other words: lack of focus and/or lack of vision

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

- You need to love what you do, but passion is also created by working hard and becoming good at something.
- Never underestimate your users, they ARE the business.
- Only run when you know where you are going.
