Sean is knowledgeable in the areas of N-Tier Architecture, Application Development Processes (Scrum, CMMi, TSP/PSP), Application Performance, Integration and Release Management.

Being an entrepreneur, he has a proven ability to transform concepts into business prospects that deliver immediate benefits at reduced risks, increased productivity, and decreased variable costs.

Currently, Sean has two ventures - ReelResume.com and Incuprise.com. Previously, he held positions as Senior Software Developer and was the owner of RelatedNews.ca, a custom web design company with an extensive portfolio and client base that leveraged ‘Just-A-Click’ (a custom Content Management System (CMS)).
