I am a US and French dual citizen, recently relocated to New York from Paris Four years ago, following my career as a Press Photographer, I switched to food, my real passion. After graduating as a Chef from the Ferrandi Culinary School, I became Chef Alain Passard’s culinary assistant at L’Arpège, Paris, his 3 Michelin starred restaurant Since January 2016, I have been working as an independent Culinary Consultant and Producer for Chef Ludo Lefèbvre and for Zero Point Zero Production, Inc. My latest assignment has been for culinary TV show Mind of a Chef, season 5 Having lived and worked in several countries (France, Argentina, Mexico, and England), I now look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for food and to fresh professional opportunities in New York
