Rick Arrowood

Rick Arrowood's career spans nearly 20 years in nonprofit organizations as an entrepreneurial President/CEO. During his eight-year tenure at The ALS Association Massachusetts Chapter, Mr. Arrowood substantially increased revenues by identifying, engaging and nurturing sports celebrities and capitalizing on unique, innovative funding sources. He is an expert at "finding funding in all the right places." He is particularly credited with significantly increasing revenues by engaging individuals, foundations and corporations with no known connection to ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) to support local patient services and research worldwide. 

Mr. Arrowood is Founder of Nonprofit Consulting Services working with a diverse range of domestic and international clients. Mr. Arrowood teaches nonprofit legal and governance courses for Northeastern University, College of Professional Studies, Merrimack College and Northern Essex Community College.  Mr. Arrowood received his Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law and Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic College.
