Richard was previously with Hadley Partners, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and capital raises for various media services companies in the middle market. At Hadley Partners, Richard had dealt with both public and private sector companies in media such as Ascent Media and PostWorks. Prior to working at Hadley Partners, Richard worked at Morgan Stanley and served in the United States Navy serving two deployments to the Persian Gulf for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Richard graduated with a B.S. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance.
