What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

It's hard to strike a work-life balance. One needs to make honest choices and understand the impact of those choices. In the end, when you make it happen, it's all worth it.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not focusing on the team early and often.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. It's all about execution.
