MD/MBA candidate who has completed three years of his medical school at UC Irvine and is currently completing his MBA at the Paul Merage School of Business. Parham is pursuing a career in Cardiology, and is earning his MBA to advance his growing interest in biotechnology. During medical school and his undergraduate career at UCLA, Parham has conducted extensive biomedical research in the fields of heart disease, regenerative medicine and spine biomechanics. He also worked in collaboration with SpineWave Inc. on the StaXx delivery system, a surgical device for the correction of spinal fractures. Alongside business school, he is currently conducting clinical research in cardiology and has a broad understanding of the medical and economic aspects of the biotech industry.
