If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I'm bursting with ideas!

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Most frustrating? A lot... The most is when you made something different and even you had studied the market thoroughly; still, you can't make your innovation a big one because of lack of capital. Angel investing or having a venture capitalist here in our country is not a big thing. Even you are creative, it's not gonna work. Banks need collateral. Government doesn't have grants. We have a lot of Politicians than entrepreneurs. Only the rich people can do business?

It's only PASSION that moves me to tell to the world, "Hey, listen to me, I have something that is a simple one that will have a big demand but hasn't given importance." Curious? Contact Me....

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Weak business plan. Poor management. Low SOP.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Never give up if you believe that you have a great idea. Pushing it in the market is your mission. Focusing on it means, having passion on what you want to have.

You never fail unless you stop trying. If you are tired, you can stop for awhile which is considered a failure but if you think of it as a resting place; then that will lead you to your destiny to success... Resting place could also be an opportunity to improve yourself that brings you to success...

The study that I did for more than 18 years, deserve a big break.  This is my strength in dealing with the giants; the plans and systems that I made.  All that I posses are my EXPERIENCES (Sales - from door to door to retail sales to distribution to corporate accounts to call center outbound selling, etc.; Event Contractor, Advertising, Marketing & Broadcasting), SKILLS (can make audio commercials using Adobe Audition in less that 3 hours, 3Ds Max user, other softwares), TALENTS (host shows & former FM DJ/KBP member) and GUTS.
