What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding part of being an entrepreneur is being able to work on something you believe in and are passionate about. The most frustrating part is having to spend time raising money instead of on improving your product.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Getting bogged down in the workload and forgetting to take a step back and regain perspective on what is most important and why you founded your startup in the first place.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Be open to all types of feedback but don't let negativity hold you back
2. Following your dream requires sacrifice but it's worth it when you are working on something you love and believe in
3. Don't get so focused on your own venture that you stop contributing to others
