After graduating university in 2009 with a computer science degree, Mikita started his first company with Serge Barysuik. Coding Staff, which now has a team of 35, is a DotNetNuke development team that strives towards creating visually appealing, functional and easy-to-use web solutions.

In 2011, when trying to expand their business, they sought to automate their quotation processes. In doing so, they saw a market need and developed QuoteRoller, a SaaS which allows other startups and small and medium-sized businesses to create, send, track and eSign business proposals. In just two years, the QuoteRoller team has grown to 18 and counting, and the mobile app has had 40,000 subscribers. It is the number one business proposal app out there with more than 35 templates and more than 20 integrations with CRMs and other SaaS.

This year, in seeing another market demand -- to make documents fun and easy again -- Mikita and Serge continued their partnership by creating PandaDoc, which shares the same team that brought success to Quote Roller, and also focuses on the promises of the mobile world, with a special focus on tablets. 

Over his mere four years as an entrepreneur, he has learned the importance on adapting products and services to client needs and on looking for sustainable and mobile solutions for salespeople, which, in essence, this CEO has become one of.
