Michael Slater

Michael is the president and CEO of Webvanta Inc. He is an entrepreneur, technologist, author, and educator.

Michael was previously Director of Technology Strategy at Adobe Systems, which he joined when it acquired Fotiva, a venture-funded photo software startup he cofounded.

Prior to Fotiva, he was President of MicroDesign Resources, where he created the Microprocessor Report newsletter and the Microprocessor Forum conference.

In his rare spare time, Michael is also the proprietor of www.BoatingSF.com.
