What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The rollercoaster. The highest of highs and lowest of lows. One day you can be on top of the world, and the next wondering what the hell you are even doing. The most rewarding part is digging down deep enough to maintain the path, no matter how high or how low you are.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Underestimating the amount of work and dedication it takes to truly build a business... and not being willing to put in that work and dedication.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Have a clear vision - a plan to build your business
2. Never get too high or too low - ride the waves
3. Be Flexible - no matter how good your plan - it will change.
