I currently act as a Principal Manager, COO for Syntience Inc. providing consulting and managing the research effort.  I have spent 10 years in industry positions supporting HR, IT, and Finance Operations.  Four of those years, I spent my time at a Big 4 Consulting Firm where I supported Technology and Life Sciences organizations.
