Mike’s expertise includes strategy, business development, mobile marketing and application design, CRM, online marketing and market research. Mike is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown where he teaches a course on digital media and was most recently Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for the Washington Capitals where he focused on revenue generation and customer engagement via digital media. He also worked at Navigant Consulting and Tefen Consulting. Mike has a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
