What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
Not listening to people that are making suggestions about the product. They can be crazy suggestion that make you a million dollars.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Never Invest too much time in a idea before figuring out how to make it bankable.
2. You can have a great idea, but it may not be a bankable idea.
3. Try to test market your idea first in some way. This can be as easy as pitching the idea to people you hardly know. This alone is worth a ton of money. Usually an idea has legs or it doesn't. If it doesn't move on.
