Currently, Marissa is channeling her 10+ years of experience in both corporate HR departments and employment agencies in to Staffly, an innovative staffing solution for independent businesses. Some of Marissa's talents in Human Resources include: -Working with management teams to assess talent needs. This includes identifying opportunities for employee growth, structuring department reorganizations, and the hiring of consultants or new employees. -Developing and implementing large scale college recruitment plans by establishing relationships at target list of campuses and streamlining the interview process. -Sourcing qualified candidates with the use of networking, social media, keyword web searches, and the use of proprietary resume databases. -Helping candidates find their ideal job by marketing them to a targeted list of companies. This relies on excellent working relationships with hiring managers and the ability to cold call in to new companies. -As a recruiter, built a successful candidate rolodex by gaining the attention of currently employed candidates and keeping them abreast of growth opportunities. Prior to joining Robert Half, Marissa held Client Services and Administrative roles at Travelocity, Posit Science, and Montgomery Securities. In these roles, Marissa gained valuable experience in marketing, account management, and revenue reporting.
