I want to change the world.
What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Most frustrating: All the great ideas that never make it into the world.
Rewarding: The no-box feeling, the fantastic feeling when fantastic people start joining and "just want to be in on this".... to make a difference.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
Not actively go talk to users from very early on. Users/customers sit on a gold mine of knowledge.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. That customers are right, advisors are not always.
2. The size of the idea matches the size of patience needed.
3. Choose your lawyer with great care. Make sure he/she is behind you and your idea.. not behind your investors.
