Marci Reynolds

Marci Reynolds, a native of Boston, MA, started J2B because she wanted to provide great services to the growing population of job seekers and leverage her 20 years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Communication and Operations.

Most recently, Marci was the Vice President, North America Sales Operations for Monster.com. Prior to that she held leadership roles at prestigious companies including Staples, Deluxe and The Boston Globe.

Marci has her MBA from Bentley University with specialization in Operations & Technology and a BS, Business Management from Northeastern University. She also earned Six Sigma Greenbelt, process improvement certification.

Marci has advanced skills in writing sales, marketing & business communications and has authored numerous marketing briefs, business plans, functional strategies and articles. She can take an existing document, and make the language more concise, more effective and more powerful.

In addition to leading J2B, Marci is an independent Sales & Marketing Consultant and the author of the popular Sales Operations Blog, which receives hundreds of views every week.
