During 2010 ( our sixth year) we have advised and raised capital for 10 early stage deals. Post market validation phase is preferred.

This includes four A1 carve outs closed in less than 30 days.

We particularly like medical devices, alternative medicine, neutraceuticals, low level lasers, consumer products and cosmeceuticals.
