ProMed Diagnostics is the mother company of ProMed Drug Testing and ProMed DOT Physical. We offer the following services: Drug Testing – Pre-employment, random drug screen, preparation of drug free workplace policy and background checks. Our testing programs are geared towards both DOT and NON DOT companies and their staff. We offer both laboratory and mobile onsite collection services. In addition we offer DNA and Paternity Testing, Hair Follicle Drug Testing. As part of a large consortium we are able to provide you with affordable rates and impeccable fast service. DOT Physical – as a certified examiner testing is done efficiently. According to the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association) commercial drivers require a DOT Physical examination every 2 years. This may vary depending on the circumstances. Diagnostics – We conduct EMG / NCV testing by physician referral. In addition we perform Ergonomic Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Analysis as part of pre - employment or return to work post-accident screening. IME - We also perform 3rd Party medical legal examinations. Certified by the University of Montreal Faculty of Medicine in insurance medicine and medical legal expertise.
