Lance Blair

I manage the operations of nine successful start-up companies. I am the bridge of communication between nine CEOs, six Senior Level Executives, and about 120 Employees. I manage all aspects of long and short-term projects internally at Science Inc, while also optimizing areas of financial weakness in order to cut costs and save thousands of dollars annually. Additionally, I provide Quality Control for all of our mobile applications (created in-house). My career focus is Operations Management, Account Management, Executive Support, and Customer Support. In 2010 and 2011, I volunteered to work for the British Council and educate others about HIV/AIDS in South Africa and Northern Ireland. While creating educational workshops for multiple organizations, I picked up a diverse set of communication skills and learned the meaning of quality-driven results.
